Definitions

In this agreement, "Southampton Airport Cabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "your" may denote any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is crucial. Southampton Airport Cabs cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the designated pick-up time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage. Additionally, each child, regardless of age, counts as one passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the itinerary may result in alterations to the provided quote.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may incur a cleaning fee.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We are legally bound to adhere to passenger limits as per licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at the earliest opportunity. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel a booking made through our online system before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to minimize disruption to your journey.

6.4 You agree not to hold Southampton Airport Cabs liable for expenses, damages, or losses arising from any actions or omissions by members of your party.

6.5 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We reserve the right to subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations without our consent.

8.2 We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Southampton Airport Cabs.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made beyond this timeframe may not be entertained by Southampton Airport Cabs.
